SAO PAULO, Brazil, May 29th 2013 – Last night Bulgari unveiled a stunning selection of exceptional jewels presented for the very first time in Brazil. The selection is comprised of seven pieces from the Heritage Collection; museum-calibre pieces of exquisite beauty dating from the 19th to the 21st century, and nine pieces from the High Jewellery collection including an incredible necklace in yellow gold with 7 large emerald beads, 84 garnets, 116 round brilliant cut diamonds, 22 pear shaped diamonds, 12 tapered cut diamonds, and pavé diamonds priced at over 1.3 million dollars.

This exclusive preview was held at the Bulgari boutique in the JK Iguatemi mall for a group of very special guests that included Vincent Cassel, Leticia Birkheuer, Alexandre Furmanovitch, Giovanni Bianco, Teresa Fittipaldi, and Montserrat Coelho.

After discovering the marvelous jewels guests were invited to JK’s rooftop terrace which was exquisitely transformed into an elegant contemporary garden evoking the signature Italian design of the Bulgari Hotels around the world. Renowned Brazilian singer Bebel Gilberto performed her smooth bossa nova tunes while guests enjoyed a delightful menu specially created for BVLGARI by Fasano. The lively evening continued with the upbeat sounds of DJ Paola Orleans e Bragança creating the perfect ending to an unforgettable soiree.

The jewels will be available for viewing to the public from May 29th until June 16th at the Bulgari boutique in the JK Iguatemi mall.
