Aymeline Valade once again styles the Ice Cube collection

For Chopard, fashion model and actress Aymeline Valade played Artistic Director for a photo shoot in which she gave her own stylish interpretation of a jewellery collection that has become a signature of the Maison: Ice Cube. In 1999, the design of ice cubes inspires Chopard to create a powerful and avant-garde collection. With chilled jewellery models, Ice Cube’s trendy looks still have it all. These inspirational creations make a perfect match with Aymeline Valade’s own modern, androgynous and minimalist style. Playing to the camera wielded by her photographer friend Zachary Handley, she strikes various poses infused with her inimitably personal and trendy style, enhancing the shots with rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.

Because they are both discreet and radiant thanks to the light reflecting off the multiple cube facets, Aymeline Valade has fun stacking various Ice Cube creations, combining various gold colours as well as polished and diamond-set versions featuring even shinier cubes. To justify her mix and match approach, she admits: “Yellow gold is the best on me, but I prefer white gold.” And when asked whether she most prefers rings, earrings, bracelets or necklaces she instantly replies: “rings”. Playing with Ice Cube rings on several fingers, worn at various heights or in pairs, the French fashion model infuses the collection with her very own pared-down, urban style.
