GARAVELLI Design Italy, one of Italy’s more prominent fine jewellery
producers, just launched their first eco-conscious collection. In an effort to empower consumers, by introducing a fine jewellery option that goes beyond the surface, GARAVELLI presented to the public their GLOBO Collection, crafted in ethically mined 18kt gold at the last Basel Fair in Switzerland.
As the spokesperson for GARAVELLI, her family’s business soon approaching its 100th anniversary, Elisabetta Molina shares her views on the future.
"We are all well-aware that mining activities in several countries
have been accused of causing extensive harm to humans and to the environment. As a mother of two little girls, I just cannot help but
try to make a positive difference and ensure a better future for all
of us. With this latest effort, GARAVELLI will open a very important
chapter in the preservation of the environment, one that I hope other jewellery designers will want to
consider".
